Responsibilities:

Organize and distribute workload to maximize results. Monitor productivity metrics for the designated area. Provide training, tools, and necessary support to direct reports. Ensure customers are scheduled and shipped correctly by the warehouse. Create, control, and maintain procedures and program requirements to take appropriate action and comply with requirements. Collaborate with other internal departments to gather all relevant information and training as needed. Serve as the primary contact for all functionality regarding warehouse requirements. Write and facilitate the creation and upkeep of work instructions for all customers and processes in the warehouse Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution or logistics environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with shipping management software and inventory systems. Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with different departments.
