Their team is in search of a **Assistant Lab Manager** to support their innovative processes across lab operations in Bellingham, WA! **Direct Hire Opportunity!** **Schedule:** Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) **Salary:** $75-100k **Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and assign lab tasks to technicians and supervisors, overseeing all analytical tests and processes. + Collect, verify, and compile data and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all samples. + Analyze quality control sample results to maintain the efficiency of processes and equipment. + Train laboratory analysts and serve as the main communication point across lab technicians and the operations and lab management. + Assist in preparing reports for CAPAs for QA and QC, maintaining records for review. + Follow up on non-conformities while following through on corrective measures. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s or Associates Degree studying Life Sciences preferred. + Holds 3-5 years working in the Petroleum industry. + Experience in a managerial role. + Familiar experience of processes within lab operations. + Ability to deliver quality communication across management, employees and consultants.
