Lead Pharmacy Technician

Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in pharmacy services. Serve as a subject matter expert and provides guidance across pharmacies and to clinical leadership. + Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. + Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties as associates they lead. + Assign, monitor, and review progress of work. + Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures. + May resolve scheduling issues. + Oversee daily activities of the pharmacy technicians under the direction of the pharmacists and management. + Assist with specialty projects and tasks as assigned by Pharmacy management. + Participate in problem solving within the department. + Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registration with the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board required. Must provide proof of application to register with the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board and once registration is granted, must be maintained. + One or more of the following required: + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
