Job Description:

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Internal Medicine Physician to join and lead our Linden Medical Group in Penfield, NY. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality medical care in a supportive and collaborative environment, while also taking on leadership responsibilities within the practice.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.Board Certification in Internal Medicine.Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal medicine, with a strong preference for previous leadership or supervisory roles.Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and a commitment to using technology to enhance patient care.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
