In this role, you will oversee residential plumbing projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the plumbing field and will be responsible for overseeing residential plumbing projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate the work of one plumbing helper on residential projects. + Assist in planning and organizing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Ensure projects comply with building codes and safety regulations. + Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to complete projects efficiently. + Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed. + Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues. + Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project managers. + Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and methods. + Basic leadership and team management skills. + High attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. + Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Why Work Here?** This is a full-time position with benefits available, including medical, dental, vision, disability, employer-paid life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
