**Lead Plumber** **Job Description** We are a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services committed to delivering top-notch service and craftsmanship to our residential and commercial clients. In this role, you will oversee residential plumbing projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the plumbing field and will be responsible for overseeing residential plumbing projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate the work of one plumbing helper on residential projects. + Assist in planning and organizing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Ensure projects comply with building codes and safety regulations. + Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to complete projects efficiently. + Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed. + Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues. + Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project managers. + Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and methods. + Basic leadership and team management skills. + High attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. + Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Why Work Here?** This is a full-time position with benefits available, including medical, dental, vision, disability, employer-paid life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
