**The opportunity** Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Lead Porter to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of food and beverage orders. + Deliver food, beverage, and other products throughout the facility, in an efficient and timely manner. + Stock product in commissary; ensure that inventory levels of supplies are maintained. + Ensure proper rotation of inventory following inventory procedures. + Ensure that fryer oils are changed in compliance with the company goals and schedules. + Report all needed commissary repairs to the supervisor. + Keep work area and equipment neat and clean. + Adhere to and enforces inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested. **More about you** + Must be at least 18 years old. + Two years of warehouse or equivalent experience required. + Able to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work cooperatively with others. + Ability to read and interpret delivery forms and purchase orders. + Basic math skills for counting inventory. + Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions. **Physical requirements** + Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds. + Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility. + Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift. + Exposure to warehouse noise levels that may be moderate to high. + Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season. + Exposed to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment. **Shift details** Event based **Who we are** Delaware North manages food and beverage services at Climate Pledge Arena, home of the NHL’s Seattle Kraken, WNBA’s Seattle Storm, and premier live music and entertainment.
