Identify, and carry out technical evaluation of potential suppliers based on technical capabilities, quality, reliability, etc. Conduct thorough technical assessments of capabilities of potential suppliers' and their vendor’s across all battery components such as Cell, Pack, Container, thermal systems etc. Coordinate with local teams across production, quality assurance and Techno-commercial teams to align supply chain activities Effectively support the negotiation of agreements with suppliers. Proactively monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly, identify opportunities to reduce supply chain risks. Support in identification and development of technology solutions for optimized battery performance including setting up pilot facilities at supplier’s end if required Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices Conduct technical reviews and assessments to identify areas for enhancement and optimization 

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
