• Responsible for in-depth study of different tasks, approaches, and administrative steps in projects
focused on output (delivery) and Risk Mitigation.
• Responsible to study, understand BU Projects to identify inefficient, outdated, or not delivering the
desired results processes w.r.t. every project milestone.
• Responsible for defining a set of best practices based on the internal and external bench marking /
cross Leverage knowledge & learnings from different BU Project Teams.
• Responsible for using various methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma Total Quality Management (TQM)
etc. to ensure consistency and reduce variations in how tasks are carried out to minimizing errors and
improving the overall reliability of the outcomes.
• Responsible for identifying the automation opportunities and review & recommend various automation
tools in collaboration with BU Digital / IT Teams
• Responsible for documenting, communicating the uniform processes and procedures across different
project elements of each BU.
• Responsible for conducting awareness sessions / training sessions for disseminating the processes.
• Continuous monitoring and feedback through process audits, measuring performance metrics and Key
Improvement Areas through CAPA from the Audits.

Educational Qualification: 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with PG Diploma in Project Management (NICMAR) and PMP Certifications.
 

Experiences: 

• Proven experience of 10 to 12 years in Project Assurance, Techno Commercial and Project Execution,
• Relevant Certifications in Lean Processes, Six Sigma, KAIZEN etc…. focused on Process Optimization and Business Excellence
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep Understanding and deployment knowledge of Process Automation Tools such as RPA, UI, AI & ML etc.
