Lead Procurement Analyst- Spain, remote

We currently have an exciting temporary opportunity to join our Procurement Excellence team.

  What You Will Do: Provide the Cimpress procurement team with business intelligence based on available data across multiple systems within Cimpress and 3rd parties. Partner and understand the key priorities and business needs of our internal customers and the needs of the Procurement team (Category Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Product teams). Identify and analyze business requirements and processes to propose and execute a roadmap. Support decision-making with related dashboards, benchmarking, supplier evaluations and market intelligence. Build & manage trusted relations with relevant Cimpress Procurement stakeholders, ensuring fluent and continuous data sharing and transparency. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with timelines, budgets, and stakeholders’ expectations (tools and processes):

- CAPEX Category Tool:

Manage users access to the category tool; Interface management and tool updates (Airtable); Control access and action plan for users adoption; Guarantee data updates; Monthly consolidation and updates from external sources; Data accuracy validation and escalation.

- Supplier Evaluation:

Maintain supplier evaluation process; Create and send questionnaires to users and follow up results; Data analysis and insights communication.

 

Available to travel 20% of his/her time globally, with peaks of 30%.   Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics). A minimum of +3 years of experience in an Analytics or Business Intelligence role with Project Management responsibilities. Experience in a large international corporate environment with multiple business units operating in multiple currencies and a decentralized management structure. Ability to present to senior management and stakeholders. Fluent in English and multilingual, with a strong preference for German. Excellent Data visualization and storytelling skills.   Personality: Passion to help others, willing to learn and improve, self-starter and mature to take responsibility and decisions. Drive & prioritization: Comfortable working in a constant and fast changing environment where instructions are not always provided, requiring own thoughts and ideas, focusing on critical priorities in an environment with tight deadlines. People & culture skills: Able to interact with a broad spectrum of experience levels, skill sets, business levels and communication methods, understanding the cultural differences of a global business environment. Effective communication skills: Able to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing, including to senior management and external partners Team player: Can build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively connect and provide / share ideas and support initiatives.   Nice to Have: Basic SQL skills and experience with a BI tool. G-suite advanced experience (Google Analytics, sheets, slides). Engineering background and / or interest in Capex and technology. Experience in the printing industry.   Why You'll Love Working Here:
