**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Product Innovation:** Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products or features, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs.
+ **Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and market relevance.
+ **Strategic Roadmap:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision, direction, and priorities for product development.
+ **Budget Management:** Manage product development budgets, including acquiring estimates and requesting funding through the capital process.
+ **Technical Specifications:** Write and maintain clear, concise technical requirements and specifications.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Ensure technical feasibility by coordinating with technology and UX teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products.
+ **Pricing and Compliance:** Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing models while liaising with legal, compliance, public policy, and regulatory affairs to ensure product compliance.
**Customer and Market Analysis:**
+ Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends, utilizing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
+ Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development.
**Commercialization:**
+ Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption, sales volumes, and revenue growth.
+ Partner with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support for driving sales effectiveness.
+ Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in product management or a related field.
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
**Skills:**
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
**Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.**
**Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective product strategies.**
**Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.**

$143,800.00 - $215,800.00
