Serve as a Business Owner where you will design, develop and manage activities for AT&T Business and their implementation of Salesforce and other technology platforms. This role will support the Indirect sales channel, from product definition and planning through production, and release. This internal platform supports a sales channel driving over $2B of annual recurring revenue and is leveraged by thousands of external sellers and partners, enabling them to sell more services to small and medium business customers. In this role you will have the freedom to operate and be responsible for the business case and value delivery for assigned functional areas to support the business.
Key Roles and Responsabilities:
Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design.Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements.Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of functionality and existing segments, volumes, and results.Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services.Partner with business, technology and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications.Create roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans.May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and requests for funding through the capital process.Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing as the product(s)move to production and distribution.Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance. Defines and drives initiatives that aid in growing revenue, margin, and work with Technology Development, Legal, Product Marketing and Business Pricing Teams.Work with 3rd party technology partners in support of new product development.Negotiate with partners on trade-off decisions to improve delivery timelines, feature functionality and product support.Job Contribution:
