Lead Product Manager, Ads Growth
**About the Role** Ads is one of Uber’s fastest-growing businesses and is a key contributor to Uber’s overall profitability goals. The ‘Advertiser Solutions’ team in India is responsible for helping our merchants on UberEats grow their business through Ads. We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Growth for Small & Medium Business (SMB) advertisers globally. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign management experience for SMB advertisers, and will champion the goals around ads adoption, monthly retention, average budget and advertiser returns for the SMB segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of advertising technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment. \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- - Define the overall strategy, goals and roadmap to drive Ads revenue growth. - Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & product operations teams to deeply understand customer needs and build user-centric products with a high bar on quality.. - Collaborate with operations, product marketing, global account management teams to define the GTM strategy and drive execution. Monitor product performance, learn & iterate. - Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent. - 7+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale. - 3+ years of experience building user-centric products with a scale of 1+ million active users, that involved extensive customer research and deep collaboration with design teams. - Demonstrated experience of independently defining objectives & key results (OKRs), building 6-12 month roadmaps and driving execution for a product charter of moderate ambiguity. \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- - 3+ years of relevant domain experience in AdTech, or eCommerce / Food / Grocery delivery, or building products for small & medium businesses - Prior experience working closely with business teams and taking ownership of growth metrics - Prior experience working with global teams and/or solving for a global customer base - Demonstrated experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced environment like Uber We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
