Come join our team and shape the future of personalized messaging at a hyper-growth technology company!Why Attentive needs youLead the product and business strategy to win across the Enterprise segment of prospective email customersCollaborate with major enterprise clients and sales teams to gain deep insights into customer needs, understanding their business and marketing strategy to ensure their successDrive email roadmap prioritization across customers, customer-facing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate product growth and create a seamless, high-performing customer experienceLead thorough and efficient development processes across all cross-functional teams, from engineering and design to GTM stakeholdersDive deep into the data to understand the why behind trends and create new features to accelerate those trendsAbout youYou have 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading strategic vision, launching impactful products, and driving business outcomes for customersYou have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally executives, cross-functional teams, and customers around a unified visionYou have experience working closely with customers and customer-facing teams to ensure product goals align with overall business objectivesYou are able to manage difficult tradeoffs - quickly identifying the situation + options, framing the situation, and driving alignmentYou think deeply, quickly and analytically - you are comfortable sorting through data and using it to make data driven decisionsYou are creative and motivated - you always find a wayYou'll get competitive , from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
For US based applicants:- The US base salary range for this full time position is $173,200 - $240,000 annually + equity + benefits- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
