Are you a customer focused product management professional with experience as a healthcare practitioner? Are you passionate about shaping the future of work?

 

We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to join our high-performing team at UKG. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading HCM products, specifically our healthcare scheduling product, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.

 

You will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.

 

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team

 

Minimum required qualifications:
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• We work in a hybrid environment. Being on site 3 days per week in Lowell is required when not traveling. Local candidates highly preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The pay range for this position is $122,600 to $176,250, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
