At Ericsson, we are seeking a professional to join our team in a transformative Technical Product and Portfolio Management role. This role is pivotal in linking our Product Development and Product Management teams and will be involved in creating and managing technical implementations that align with our strategic business requirements. The job role is predictive to cease by the end of 2023 but will offer immense learning, skill development and experience in strategic product development until then. All existing employees under this role will have the opportunity to transition into other exciting roles within our organization.
What you will do:- Drive Strategic Technical Leadership, making key decisions to guide our technical growth.
- Manage Requirements and Backlog, prioritizing tasks for optimization.
- Oversee Product Configuration, ensuring an efficient and effective product design.
- Handle the Project Portfolio, seamlessly managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Champion Continuous Improvements, advocating for constant advancement and optimization.
- Cultivate Domain-specific Competence, growing expertise in key areas of our business.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• $164,600 - $247,000

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date.
