Lead Product Manager - Technical
Overview
Drive customer-focused, scalable solutions by identifying product synergies, focusing on security solutions (fraud prevention, risk assessment, scam protection, cyber risk, AML, etc.) applied to payment and non-payment rails. This role requires strong data analysis skills (database querying, insights generation), excellent communication to collaborate with all stakeholders (including senior leadership), and a passion for building innovative solutions.
Role:
Analyze data to inform product strategy and identify optimization opportunities for security solutions.
Design customer-focused solutions, maximizing product synergies across security offerings for both payment and non-payment applications.
Partner with stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, leadership) to gather requirements and define specifications.
Maintain expertise in our security solutions product portfolio.
Define and document high-level requirements.
All About You:
Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven technical product management experience, focusing on data analysis and solution architecture, ideally within the security domain.
Strong data analysis skills (SQL, visualization tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
Knowledge of payment and non-payment rails and their security implications a plus.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. O'Fallon, Missouri: $119,000 - $190,000 USD
