Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements * Collaborate with business partners to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications * Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HCM features and enhancements * Conduct regular reviews and updates of the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of the business * Provide hands-on guidance on business requirements development, system design, and delivery * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HCM processes and solutions * Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, providing support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
