BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs across the organization which includes functional training and other BU related training programs across organization. Sets performance metrics, and helps associates create long-term career plans and skill building within an organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization and manage the same independently. Conduct orientation sessions and support with new hire induction and other new hire capability trainings. Evaluate needs of business unit and plan training programs accordingly in alignment with competencies and skills needed to be developed for the roles Develop an evaluation process for training with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations Prepare and implement training budget and responsible for external trainings programs and out bound programs as required Effective and Efficient Co-ordination for training with internal/external stakeholders with a strong business acumen and changing needs of the business. Maintain and update training records and manages and generates reports as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Education:
Degree in Management or Business Administration.
2.
Experience:
5- 6 years of experience in training and should have been able to design and conduct training programs for 2 yrs in similar space/service organisation
