Role Overview: As a Lead Product Technology Manager, you will spearhead our technological development and customer experience strategies. This position demands a blend of business acumen, technological expertise, and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions across Retail, Centers, Consumer, and Business sectors. Familiarity with software development methodologies, service-oriented architecture, user experience, cost-benefit analysis, and product analytics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and strategy for innovative technology products that enhance sales and service experiences.Develop product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Define and prioritize product roadmaps by collaborating with business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.Guide product development by defining detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Ensure technical product viability by identifying and recommending solution alternatives.Establish success criteria, monitor product performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.Oversee the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch activities.Work closely with sales and customer service teams to tailor technology solutions to their needs.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align product development with strategic goals.Monitor emerging trends and technologies to enhance customer and representative experiences.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product effectiveness and user experience.Serve as a subject matter expert and authority within the organization for assigned products or product lines.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, technology development, or a related field.Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of technology products.Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.Experience in a product management/product owner role in an Agile environment or as a Business Analyst.SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is highly preferred.Experience in the software development and/or wireless/telecom industry.Proficiency in advanced Excel, MS Project, ADO (Azure DevOps), Jira (CDEX), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and SharePoint.Compensation: Our Lead Product Technology Managers earn between $143,800 and $215,800 annually, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
