**Aerotek is seeking candidates with any kind of leadership and manufacturing experience for a role with a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company in St. Louis. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for career and compensational growth!** **Job Description** Employees will be: + Lead the execution of routine and non-routine cleaning of operational areas, per work instructions, and/or SOPs, with a focus on "right the first time" executions. + Complete all department functions, such as maintaining supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data in accordance with site SOPs and policies. + Lead the assembly and cleaning activities of manufacturing-related equipment per work instruction and/or SOPs. + Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements, including daily logbook review, tasks, and databases. + Complete preventative maintenance and work notifications on time. Perform equipment testing and routine troubleshooting. + Act as a Subject Matter Expert on processing steps and various techniques. + Oversee and perform timely consumption of materials and completion of quality documentation in appropriate systems. + Identify deviations, aid in investigations/root cause analysis, and provide input on major/critical deviations. + Complete validation protocols with minimal supervision. + Schedule activities and coordinate the shift huddle in the absence of the supervisor. Liaise with other groups within the manufacturing organization. **Skills/Experiences:** + 1-3 years of cleaning experience from any industry + Previous GMP experience is preferred, but not required + Good computer skills **Shifts Available:** 6:00am - 6:30pm + Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days 6:00am - 6:30pm + Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days **Work Environment** Employees will be working in a cleanroom enviornment: + Wearing a full gowning suit, which includes a body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses + Wearing Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves + Items/accessories such as makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne, and perfume are NOT permitted **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
