You have a proven track record creating impactful campaigns and are comfortable communicating to a diverse set of stakeholder and levels. You have no problem working across multiple projects & seasons at once. As a Lead Professional, we expect you to work independently, have a strong strategic vision as well as driving operational excellence within Sportswear. You know and have experience in how to champion effective collaboration cross functionally. Your curiosity and drive will help establish strong partnerships with your direct team, as well as with other teammates. You bring proven project management skills, can manage multiple partners at once and is capable to drive work forward. + Experience as a marketeer in the Sportswear industry + An existing Lead Professional / Manager + Digital Marketing experience (or close collaboration with) is a big plus **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** As the Lead Professional, you are responsible for leading the Men’s Sportswear marketing strategy for our digital platforms (nike.com, Nike App). You will play a key role in the Men’s Sportswear cross functional squad, representing Digital Marketing and our consumers in the best way possible. You will also be working with our global & city (Digital) Marketing teammates to collectively work towards seasonal & 365 plans. + Create the long term EMEA Nike Digital x Mens Sportswear vision. + Lead and optimize the seasonal & 365 Men’s Sportswear Digital Marketing Strategy and programming. + Design best in class, inspirational digital journeys to successfully launch seasonal innovations with impact. + Represent the Mens Sportswear point of view within both Marketing and Nike Digital key milestone moments. + Collaborate with the Lifecycle, Targeted Communications and Membership teams to be an accelerant of the Mens Sportswear priorities. + Create the Men’s Sportswear Digital learning agenda and measurement plan, to unlock our ability to get every member engaged and active. + Represent Digital Marketing in the Nike Direct CFOP squad to connect & guide the team in delivering industry defining integrated plans. + Drive deep expertise on how to optimize the Sportswear ecosystem, in partnership with the Women’s Sportswear team.
