Lead Professional Services Engineer

So, what’s the role all about? 

As a Software Integration Engineer, you’ll be involved in developing and configuring software features in line with design documents and enterprise standards, working within a multi-disciplinary team that includes Architects and Business Analysts using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Responsibilities include planning and performing unit and functionality testing to ensure alignment with the design, addressing technical queries through customer interaction, and supporting clients during user acceptance testing.

How will you make an impact?  

Develop/Configure software feature(s) according to design document & enterprise software standards. Work in multi-disciplinary environment with Architects and Business Analysts using waterfall and agile project methodologies Planning and Performing Unit and functionality testing to ensure fit to design. Customer interaction for any technical queries and discussions Supporting client in performing user acceptance testing Provide suggestions to address client requirements while staying within product framework Interface independently with various R&D and PS Groups and with Customer Support. May occasionally need to work on client site And/Or in different time zone

Have you got what it takes?

Proven and Hands on experience in SQL and Databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, etc.) Hands on experience Unix commands and shell scripting. Ability to write, understand and debug Stored Procedures  Good communication and Client facing experience will be considered as an important factor Financial market / Capitol market compliance domain experience is a big advantage    Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) knowledge/Development experience will be given preference Experience of working in AWS environment will be an advantage Analyzes information and deduces conclusions within the wider professional space

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) knowledge/Development experience will be given preference Experience of working in AWS environment will be an advantage Experience in web applications: J2EE, web & application servers will be an advantage Experience in HTML, JavaScript & CSS will be an advantage
