The Lead Program Integrator, drives initiatives to enhance program execution by interfacing with all functions in the Program Core Team. Develops and coordinates metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiatives to improve work quality. Lead the integration, execution, and interdependent connections across all functions represented on the Program Core Team.
Collaborate with the Program Manager to manage program resource and budget allocation/integration. Oversee schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI or sustaining programs, ensuring programs meet customer CTQs (critical-to-quality).
Expand knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical knowledge; still acquiring higher-level skills.
Understand key business drivers to accomplish own work. Have a good understanding of how the work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Possess some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolve issues requiring good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Management Office by analyzing existing program processes and recommending and implementing enhancements.
Re-establish and execute the resource forecasting process within Resource Management in collaboration with Department Managers. Incorporate heatmaps to compare resource allocation to availability and make recommendations for overall resource utilization to ensure effective allocation and usage.
Possess good interpersonal skills for a job at this level.
Required Qualifications
Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering
Proven experience in a project/program management or PMO role, with a successful track record of managing projects or processes and implementing best practices to enhance program/project execution efficiency.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project/program management and project planning is required for this position.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Project (or similar) will be considered an advantage for this position.
The candidate must be available to work on premise in Herlev.
