Join Target’s Digital team, as a Lead Program Manager for Target +, Target’s platform for a curated assortment of product from the industry’s best third-party Brands and Sellers (“Partners”). As a team member on Target + you will lead a cross-functional program focused on driving efficiency and process optimization to enable the growth of Target Plus.
Primary responsibilities of the Lead Program Manager are:
Use partner & market research, partner feedback, program insights and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and enhancements to improve efficiency and partner experience
Define program scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure program strategies and goals will contribute directly to the LRP results
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for those projects
Maintain up-to-date competitive benchmarking and research as it relates to the strategic program
Create clear and compelling business cases for product management team and other key stakeholders
Present regular program status updates, leveraging clear strategic storytelling to communicate workstreams / deliverables, progress, risk and dependencies
Work with multiple user groups to resolve process questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes to business processes to enable process efficiency & remove redundancy
Monitor health of key program indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement or optimization
Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation of new capabilities, technologies, systems, processes
Foster strong relationships to ensure program alignment and success
Promote a culture of flexibility, agility, collaboration and continuous improvement in a rapidly changing business

About you:
Four-year degree in related field
8+ years of experience in project management, process improvement or related field
Marketplace and/or e-commerce experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pull insights out of data and drive action
Proven experience in process improvement utilizing coordinated methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with mid to senior level leaders within and outside of the organization
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
