Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Lead Program Manager in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will oversee, and coordinate development and commissioning of gearbox test stands programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex programs. The Lead Program Manager will work closely with the customer, partner business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Additionally, the Lead Program Manager will monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
