Lead Programmer Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity based in WESTLAKE, Ohio, for a Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team in the Service industry. The role involves a variety of duties including system analysis, programming, team guidance, and technical support. Responsibilities: • Develop, modify, and maintain programs, while rectifying any errors that may occur. • Analyze and plan systems in collaboration with management, ensuring all plans and schedules are well documented. • Design systems based on analysis and consultations, ensuring all designs meet industry standards. • Assist with system installation, provide training, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. • Conduct fact-finding and program analysis to resolve any system issues. • Provide technical advice, create ad-hoc reports, and offer training and problem-solving support to the team. • Oversee and guide other technical staff as needed. • Analyze and recommend major projects and system enhancements. • Define user requirements and translate them into functional system requirements. • Provide or assist with technical training for deployed applications. • Participate in creating system procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation. • Promote best practices for the software development life cycle within the team. Requirements • Proficiency in C# - Sharp programming language • Extensive experience with .NET framework • Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server • Ability to work with Angular for building web applications • Experience with Blazor for building interactive web UIs with C# • Ability to lead and manage a team of programmers and analysts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to solve complex problems and think critically • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Experience in the service industry would be advantageous • Willingness to continually learn new programming languages and techniques • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
