Lead Project Administrator

ADP is hiring a Lead Project Administrator.

In this role, you will be required to act as a mentor or trainer to other Executive/Project Administrators, as they build competency in the various applications and processes required for their role. Many of these tasks are rooted in digitization, design and branding for the OneADP locations. The Lead Executive Administrator will also work with the Director of Communications for GSS to execute branding and automation projects, while collaborating to find new innovative solutions together. While this role primarily supports the OneADP locations, there are some projects dedicated to GSS, as well.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities

Support the OneADP Location GM by providing administrative support, to include scheduling meetings, overseeing local events, ordering supplies, coordinating community activities, facilitating senior leadership site visits, creating professional presentations, developing and maintaining reports, and other tasks, as needed. Serve as a subject matter expert for the OneADP team for at least one of the following items: communications, graphic design, videography, animation, O365 automation, SharePoint, ADPworks and others, as implemented by OneADP. Consult with peers and other internal experts to develop project plans, with a wide-ranging scope. These projects could include coordinating cross-location events, social media campaigns, or ongoing projects like maintaining and improving upon existing items like our internal intranet space (SharePoint), collaboration platform (ADPworks) or NANO program. Act as a mentor or trainer for fellow Executive/Project Administrators, ensuring they continue to develop their skills in the various softwares and platforms required. Design, execute and ensure the integrity of OneADP location branded materials and communications, using a variety of design and communications applications. Consult with internal experts, managers, Human Resources, BRG leaders and other groups to support local activities and programs, while acting as an advisor and partner in executing. Proactively seek opportunities to improve the associate experience throughout the facility and digital interaction, to include internal communications and social media campaigns.

Requirements

Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, collaborative style and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks in a given day. You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper and in-person, while building relationships across the globe.

 

A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.          

If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

 

Three to five years of prior work experience in project management, graphic design, communications, and/or similar fields. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in managing and organizing projects, plus analyzing data and recommending courses of action. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, plus at least one of the following applications: Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Vyond (or other animation software). Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint and content management platforms (ADP Works). Internal/external client or stakeholder management (i.e. Business Unit leaders, BRG/Pillar Leaders, Local HR team, Facilities Team, External Vendors). Proficient in project coordination with the ability to create process out of chaos. Curious enough to ask questions and comfortable enough to recommend process improvement and alignment across BRGs / OneADP teams. Proactive in efforts; collaborative and forward-thinking. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work across organizations with limited supervision. Good analytical skills and ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace. Ability to work with different time zones, different cultures and different geographies and with all levels of leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
