The Lead of Project Management will be responsible for:

Leading and overseeing mega real estate projects from conception to completion. Implementing project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Implementing robust project portfolio management processes, including project prioritization, and aligning those with organizational goals. Collaborating with Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to ensure alignment with Group level project objectives and outcomes. Proactively identifying areas of concern, risks and implementing mitigating measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and gaps in quality & safety. Working with the Head PMO to standardize system processes & reports, conduct audits & checks across CSD on all projects for Progress, Quality, Safety & Budgetary for internal as well as external teams. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols. Establishing and maintaining rigorous QHSE processes and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of Safe and Environment friendly best practices as per general regulations and globally accepted best practices. Leading a high-performing team of project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability.

Education Qualification:

B. Tech & M. Tech from a reputed Institutes along with executive Programs in Project management/ Building re-engineering from top institutes like School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) or similar. Certifications from PMI, ISB, IIM or other such top tier management schools.

Experience:

Over 12 -15 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry. Demonstrated track record in leading project management roles in large PM/Construction companies. Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and in MS Office and project management tools .
