Job DescriptionResponsabilities:Project management activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and cost-control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.Project engineering activities related to the fulfillment of technical deliverables associated with the controls and governor product line. Responsibilities include control system hardware and electrical designs, programming/configuration of PLC and HMI systems, production of supporting technical documentation and site commissioning support.Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with othersUses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.Works in close collaboration with engineering, contract management and commercial operationsSupport commercial quotation activities including the development of technical descriptions, cost estimates and project schedulesCommunicate directly with internal and external customers, evaluate on-site project conditions during tendering phase

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a degree from a Technical collegeA minimum of 8 years of related work experience and 5 years of related experience in PLC-based automation control systems

Eligibility Requirements:

Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time both within the US and Canada

The salary range for this position is $91,400.00-$142,300.00 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on September 15, 2024.
