Position Specific Description
EverBright is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join the Revenue Protection team. In this role you will interface with subject matter experts (SMEs), including but not limited to finance, capital markets, compliance, marketing & communications, customer support, operations, legal, tax, risk, and accounting.
Practical experience in project management, presentations, data analysis, database management and data visualization/presentation will set you up to be effective in this role.
To do this job well, you must be a team player that can balance priorities, be organized, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and communicate effectively.
Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring the quality of deliverables. Provide vision and direction for analyses needed to support revenue protection initiatives Leads investigation and resolution of issues related to revenue protection through analysis, coordination, troubleshooting and reporting Tests and validates risk-related data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of risk metrics and key performance indicators Prepare and present project status updates, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Develops, refines, and operationalizes risk management policies and procedures related to revenue protection Creates and continually enhances risk reporting in order to both monitor performance and pro-actively detect inefficiencies and irregularities in key business areas Performs other job-related duties as assigned
