We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Platform Optimization Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a vital role in maximizing the utilization of our existing TA platforms and tools. The primary focus will be on enhancing recruitment efficiency, improving the experiences of both candidates and hiring managers, and streamlining overall TA processes. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various TA tools and platforms, including Workday, HireVue, HiredScore, Radency CRM, and integration with third-party assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Utilization & Optimization:Drive the effective utilization of our Talent Acquisition platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within existing tools.Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of Workday as the foundational ATS, HireVue for high-volume assessment automation, and HiredScore for applicant screening.Advocate platform enhancements to drive efficiency & process Improvement.Promote platform enhancements to improve the experiences of both candidates and hiring managers.Tool Rationalization & Management:Oversee the integration of various TA tools and platforms, ensuring cohesive operation.Manage end-user project management for the deployment of new technologies.Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to optimize tool functionality and performance.
Continuous Improvement:Maintain a deep understanding of the market’s latest trends and advancements in Talent Acquisition technology.Proactively recommend and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or a related field.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TA platforms and tools, including Workday, HireVue, HiredScore, Radency CRM, and integration with third party assessment tools.Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and optimizing the use of Talent Acquisition tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and set priorities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Demonstrated flexibility as a team player and a proactive approach to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Knowledge of best practices in Talent Acquisition and HR technology.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt - TA Platform Optimization Specialist earns $118,800 00 to $178,200.00 UDS Annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
