Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations Oversee the quality assurance process for aviation-related projects, including inspections, testing, and documentation Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for process improvement and risk mitigation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance the quality management system Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for enhancement Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the QA/QC processes Provide mentorship and training to team members to foster a culture of quality excellence and professional development Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and certification bodies to maintain compliance and certifications Liase with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and other stakeholders and assist in developing corrective actions Experience 10-15 years of relevant experience in the aviation/similar industry Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field Master's degree in Quality Management or Aviation Quality Assurance (preferred)
