Shift: • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Qualifications: + Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Biology, Microbiology, or other scientific related field. + 1 + year of previous lab experience + Must have equipment calibration experience Description: As a Lead QA Technician, you will conduct various calibrations including FT120 and SCC, ensure proper calibration of pH meters and thermometers, and perform pipette calibrations. You will also be responsible for conducting allergen tests on dairy products, creating Certificates of Analysis for customers, and performing daily dye checks. Additionally, you will train new technicians, assist in improving lab quality, participate in EOC and quality incident investigations, and handle document organization and audits. Your role involves frequent communication with supervisors and updating necessary information. You will also assist with general lab tech responsibilities and support additional projects as needed.
