Candidate Submittals:

• Remote – Candidates must be willing to work ET hours. Expected to work within core business hours, and must not exceed 40 hours/week.

For this contractor assignment, looking for a Test Lead that has working knowledge of moving data center infrastructure and applications to new location and ensuring quality throughout the process of the transition.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Provide direction to testing team
• Ensure quality of work performed and adherence to quality standards
• Build strategy for testing infrastructure and applications impacted by the move to a new location.
Required skills:
• Knowledge of system integrations.
• Knowledge of system data center function
• Knowledge of common testing methods, testing tools, terminology, and industry practices.
• Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces.
• Knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations, or standards
• Knowledge of using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries).
• Ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to the insurance business or common business functions (e.g., marketing, sales, and financial controls).
• Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps.
• Negotiation skills and ability to influence others by educating and sharing information.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals and accomplish work.
• Ability to assist others in learning new technical and professional capabilities.
• Listening, verbal, and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences.
