DHL has immediate career opportunities available for a Lead QualificationRepresentativein our Tempe, Arizona office. This role will qualify leads by telephone and refer to the appropriate sales team.They will perform this by making outbound calls to or accepting inbound calls from prospective clients to determine the customer’s needs, estimated shipment volume, revenue potential, and answer customer questions regarding DHL services.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nCompletes telephone calls to establish and qualify leads and prospects for the sales force\nHandles incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services and to provide customer satisfaction and retention\nHandles inquiries generated by advertising\nRecords customer information and maintains data records in appropriate tool\nEnsures information is recorded timely, accurately and in a clear understandable manner\nCoordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements\nCultivating new qualified leads through both cold and warm calls (outbound/inbound)\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n\nEntry level position offering career growth opportunities into DHL’s Sales organization\nBA/BS degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree preferred\nExcellent oral communication skill\nInbound and outbound calling experience a plus\nStrong PC skills and a working knowledge of MS Office and CRM\nStrong ability to actively listen and determine customer's needs\nHighly motivated, competitive, self-starter\nBilingual (Spanish) a plus\n\n
