Summary: The Lead Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and activities for software development projects with heavy focus on D365 F&O solution. This role involves developing test strategies, hands-on participation, ensuring the successful execution of testing procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in testing methodologies and tools * Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for various software projects * Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define testing requirements and establish testing timelines * As a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you will design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure software functionality, performance, and security * Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools; ensure timely resolution of issues * Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality and testing processes * Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices within the QA team * Conduct regular QA team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA tools and methodologies
