THE POSITION

Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers that applies its\nexpertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve\nquality output and continuous improvements. You will participate in process\ninitiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory\nagencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while\ninstilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product\nacceptance and product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review\n of technical specificationsDevelop\n project inspection & test plansReview\n supplier proceduresPlan,\n schedule, facilitate pre-inspection meetingsIdentify\n qualified inspectors through international inspection agenciesProvide\n inspection coordination between client and suppliersReview\n inspection reportsManage supplier quality issuesParticipate\n in supplier qualifications & auditReview\n of data books and packagesExpected\n 20% travelGood\n understanding of problems and optimal solutions.Manage\n multiple large-scale projectsAbility\n to resolve customer escalationsUnderstand\n internal /external customerEvaluate\n & analyze supplier / fabricators / inspector issuesSuggests technical options / Develop new procedures / SpecificationsRecognizes\n opportunities to make system improvementsMentor\n and train QAQC EngineersContribute\n to QAQC Knowledge Management programs including:
Brainstorm\n solutionsContinuous\n improvementCoordinate\n resolutionCost\n improvement analysis

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Experience\n in Oil/Gas, Chemical, or Power Plant ProjectsProject\n Quality Experience in supporting multiple suppliers and projects globallyExperience\n of large modular projectsManaging\n critical project customer communications15\n years plus Core domain experience: Quality Assurance Quality\n Control,
