In this position you will be the authorized person (QP), beingresponsible for the creation, implementation, and functioning of the quality assurance system in the company in accordance with local legislation. **Your responsibilities** + Responsible for the functioning of the quality system of medicinal products during wholesale trade + Responsible for the functioning of the pharmaceutical quality system of medicinal products during import (entry) of medicinal products into the territory of Ukraine and granting permission for the release (sale) of imported medicinal products + Issue a permit for the release of medical devices, cosmetics after labeling or promotional packaging + Maintain the functioning of the pharmaceutical quality system (e.g: complaint, deviation, recall, change, risk management, CAPA system) + Check the quality certificates of medicinal products of the manufacturer site of the series of products that arrived at the pharmacy warehouse, in accordance with the current regulatory documentation (Registration Certificate; Specification of Quality Control Methods (QCM), Conclusion on the confirmation of compliance of the MP production with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and others, if necessary) **Further tasks** + Communication with the manufacturer site regarding quality certificates for medicinal products and the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control + Ensure all necessary documentation after the labeling and promotional packaging process + Interact with the central executive body that implements state policy in the field of quality control and safety of medicinal products + Prepare documents for state quality control of MP imported into Ukraine + Ensure proper and prompt notification of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control as required + Develop contracts to guarantee the quality of medicinal products with manufacturers, distributors, outsourcing companies + Develop standard operating procedures, instructions, methods, documents related to the pharmaceutical quality system, etc. + Exchange information with authorized quality persons of distribution companies, manufacturers, outsourcing companies + Participate in self-inspections and audits, both internal and external + Conduct training for personnel on the quality of medicinal products and the risks that may be associated with it **The experience we're looking for** + Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry or Biology + At least two years’ experience in the field of production, quality control, wholesale trade, or development of medicinal products + Regulatory legal acts (laws, orders, guidelines, regulations, and instructions) related to activities in the import and wholesale trade of medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetic and disinfectant products + A valid specialist pharmacist certificate issued by a postgraduate education institution, or a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the relevant qualification category + Eligible to undertake the duties of a Qualified Person + Fluent Ukrainian, intermediate English **The skills for success** Quality Management Systems, QP, Commercial acumen, Business understanding. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
