Lead Recovery Counselor II Belmont, MA 4 day work week Sunday 10a-12midnight Wednesday 1p-11p Thursday 4pm-12midnight Friday 4p-12midnight $20.25per hour What You Will Do: Responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidenced-based, trauma informed clinical interventions as identified on Persons’ treatment plan with supervision from clinical staff. Provides advocacy and support to Persons living in a group living environment. Functions as shift leader. Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of mental health experience or BA/BS and at least one year of mental health experience required. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word within three months of hire required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Who We Are: A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community.
