Are you ready to shape the future of talent acquisition and drive organizational success? As a Lead Recruiter with VWTS, you'll be at the forefront of our workforce development initiatives, playing a pivotal role in building and nurturing the talent that powers our ES Services division.

This isn't just another recruitment role – it's an opportunity to become a strategic partner in our business growth. You'll be the bridge between our HR department and business leaders, providing invaluable insights and guidance that will shape our talent strategy and workforce planning.

As a trusted talent advisor, you'll go beyond traditional recruitment to:

Forge Great Partnerships: Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with our organizational goals and long-term vision.

Drive Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent that propels our business forward.

Optimize RPO Partnerships: Manage and align our RPO resources to deliver exceptional service and results for our largest division in North America.

Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Spearhead initiatives that create a diverse and inclusive workforce, reflecting our commitment to equality and innovation.

Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in:

- Shaping our talent landscape and contributing to our competitive edge in the market

Qualifications

Core Requirements:

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial services

- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- A proven track record as a talent advisor and strategic partner to business leaders

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in ATS and HR software applications
