Responsibilities
The Lead Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of the Recruitment team which includes mentorship and development of exempt and non-exempt staff as well as assisting management with the development of short-and long-range goals for the department. Serves as project leader for major recruitment projects. Provides primary recruitment support to include sourcing, identification and presentation of qualified candidates to assigned client departments, primarily the Clinical staff, and advises client groups regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Consults with HR Management and Client Groups to determine and apply probable recruitment solutions to issues and challenges affecting the Client Group. Analyzes recruiting efforts and works to implement recruiting strategies to increase visibility within the hiring marketplace and facilitate a consistent flow of qualified applicants.

Salary Range: $90,932 - $112,318 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or applicable experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in business or a related field
SHRM certification a plus
Experience
Required: A minimum of 7 years corporate recruitment experience.
Experience providing direction to non-exempt recruitment staff or 2 + years of KSC experience supporting
both clinical and professional/administrative positions.
Experience supporting projects or initiatives in a lead capacity
Preferred: Previous experience working in a corporate Human Resources group.
Healthcare recruitment experience or sales / marketing background.
Experience recruiting for Professional, IT, Finance, and Management positions.
Supervisory experience of 1-2 direct reports.

Required: Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft Office software products.
Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment trends and apply appropriate proactive solutions.
Experience with staff planning and strategy.

Preferred: Experience with an electronic Applicant Tracking System.

Must possess and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle employment

Demonstrated ability to aggressively and creatively seek candidates for employment.
Preferred: Knowledge of Employment Law and OFCCP guidelines.
Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques (i.e. DDI targeted selection).
