Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance Tech
**Description** **General Summary** A Reliability Center maintenance technician identifies and manages asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Collects data for vibration analysis of rotating equipment. + Collects data for three phase motor circuit analysis. + Performs Failure analysis using Root cause methodology. + Assists plant engineering with elimination of repetitive failure modes through Improved processes, technologies and equipment modifications and upgrades. + Collects and analyzes information in regards to work requests to determine the nature of the problem. + Other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements** + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + High School Graduate, technical or trade school certificates in related field desired. + Certification for vibration and motor circuit data collection required. + Must know how to operate equipment utilized in the collection of the above data. + Analysis of data, with corrective actions a plus, but not a requirement. + Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite software products. **Work Environment** + Occasional and/or light lifting required--limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., but none to the point of being disagreeable. + May involve minor safety hazards where likely result would be cuts, bruises, etc. _This job description is subject to change by the employer as the needs of the employer and requirements of the job change_ **We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
