Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rockville, MD. As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in optimal condition at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

6. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with company standards.
7. Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
