As the Lead Rest & Recovery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supervising the delivery of various services and handling all related equipment within the Rest and Recharge department. Your expertise and leadership will be integral in directing member programs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and efficiency. Supervises the delivery of services and all related equipment and direct member programs in the Rest and Recharge department. Educates and checks people in, while providing pleasant and efficient bookings. Demonstrates and guides guests through multiple recovery technologies for a quality experience and educate and train other R&R desk receptionists and specialists. Acts as first impression of guests seeking to relax and rejuvenate. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Direct supervision of the recovery suite areas – both complimentary and paid services; interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety. Acts as manager on duty for the R&R areas. + Provides direct program services in a variety of areas (e.g., cryotherapy, treatment, hydrotherapy, compression, red light, etc.). + Staff Scheduling for Rest & Recovery Suite. + Will assist with program marketing, delivery of Whole Health programming, and Team Building. + Other duties as needed/assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + **This position will work Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm with rotating weekends.** + Bachelor’s degree in health-related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. + 1+ years’ related industry experience. + CPR, First Aid and AED certification through the American Heart Association, Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute. + Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others. + Competency in the delivery of HealthFitness and site-specific programs and services. + Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and other software.
