THE JOB:
As a Lead Retail Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING PAY: $19.50
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities to achieve store goals
Ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
Assist Sales Associates as needed with questions or concerns
Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
Currently holds or is willing to obtain a TAM Card
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a retail setting
Has worked in a previous leadership role
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Bilingual
Experience in a similar resort setting
Polished appearance and presentability
Is proficient in Microsoft Dynamics
Is flexible with their schedule
