Partner with the best
As a RFQ and SDR leader, you will manage the overall quoting process for Aftermarket Consolidated and Masoneilan Valves through a team of RFQ specialist; analyzing market trends and data to improve response time and reduce lead time gaps, based in Deer Park, TX.
As a RFQ and SRD Leader, you will be responsible for:
Understand and analyze customer needs: Identify delivery gaps and collaborate closely with product management, sales, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure market dynamics are translated into an enhanced supply chain for Consolidated and Masoneilan AMC Valves.Standardize quoting process using databases and software tools to calculate Lead Times and fees strategies, quote documentation with breakdowns, timelines, and terms, improving overall quote cycle.Identify gaps in the entire Supply Chain to reduce LT gap.Lead the Quotations Specialist team and handle customer escalations, providing clarifications regarding quotes, including adjustments based on feedback or changes in requirements.Secure a smooth quoting process where customers receive accurate and timely quotes towards success of sales transactions; included but not limited to RFQ process, Customer follow up, PO conversion, hand-off to planning.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college and 5+ yrs of experience in sales support or customer service roles.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office.Detail oriented, capable to analyze data and effectively drive change.Work in a way that works for you
