Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for Battery Energy Storage Systems in compliance with regulatory standards Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety considerations are integrated into design, construction, and operation of BESS Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of BESS Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and evolving regulatory standards to continuously improve safety standards Prepare and maintain documentation related to safety procedures and risk assessments Participate in inspections and compliance audits Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree is preferred
