We're on the hunt for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for design and a talent for creating and selling stunning luxury spaces. This is a Lead Sales Representative with strong commissions in a lucrative niche of the design world. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on closing deals while collaborating with clients to bring their design visions to life. Compensation & Benefits:
+ Flexible Pay Options: Choose between a base salary plus commission or a commission-only structure.
+ Earning Potential: Earn $60k–$75k in your first year, with no cap on earnings! Second-year potential ranges from $95k–$110k and beyond.

+ Quality Leads: Start strong with walk-in traffic, call-in leads, and marketing-driven inquiries while you build your network of repeat and referral clients.
What You’ll Do:
+ Client Consultations: Conduct engaging virtual, showroom, and in-home consultations to recommend and specify window coverings, upholstery, accessories, and other furnishings tailored to client needs.
+ Sales Excellence: Leverage leads provided, close deals with confidence, and grow referral accounts through proactive networking.
+ Project Coordination: Write detailed paperwork and specifications to ensure flawless execution by our fabricators and manufacturers.
+ Relationship Building: Manage ongoing client communications, develop design scopes, and guide clients through the approval process with a professional and personable touch.
Must-Have Qualifications:
+ Sales Expertise: At least 3 years of proven success in a sales role, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and a demonstrated track record of lead generation.
+ Tech Savvy: High proficiency with CRM systems, quoting software, and digital tools in a paperless work environment.
+ Design Knowledge: Background in interior design or decorating is essential. Expertise in upholstery or window coverings is a plus but not essential.
+ Translatable Experience: We're looking for candidates who've had success with a similar sales process: closet sales, HVAC sales, cosmetic sales, real estate, or any other type of design sales preferred.
+ Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area as needed.
+ Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 30 lbs to manage showroom sample books and materials.
