Honeywell is hiring a Lead Sales Representative to sit in Bentonville, Arkansas OR the greater Little Rock, Arkansas area. The\nmain role of the Lead Sales Representative is to support Honeywell FalconConnect customers\nat Dassault, both taking delivery of new aircraft or having new service hardware\ninstalled. This individual will also be supporting the Honeywell Forge outside regional sales team in\ngaining new business, supporting current business, and advising customers on\nFalconConnect services. The support of the OEM needs is crucial, as well.

Key Responsibilities:Take customer callsAnswer customer emailsWork with outside and Inside Sales, to assist the customer and coordinate activation of servicesAct as an account focal for the customer taking new delivery of an aircraftUnderstanding the services, satellites, and hardware to provide technical knowledge of the products and services we offer to customersAccount management of OEMSaleforce.com Leads, OpportunitiesActivation paperwork including Service Request Forms, Contracts, and other forms to assist customer.Knowledge of technical information required to activate and sell Honeywell Forge ServicesAdministration work including updating opportunities, spreadsheets (delivery lists), etc. to assist regional sales managersOccasional travel to support customers and events.YOU MUST HAVE:5+ years of business aviation connectivity experienceBachelor’s DegreeSales experienceCustomer service experienceTechnical and Account Management experienceTechnical sales knowledgeOEM sales experienceAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office (TEAMS, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, ExcelWE VALUE:Technical knowledge to advise customers of services and satcom systemsKnowledge of Satcom systems such as the GDR (GoDirect Router), and other avionic hardwareAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD242681Category: SalesLocation: 1602 E Central Ave, Suite 30,Bentonville,Arkansas,72712,United StatesExemptGlobal (ALL)
