Job Description SummaryThe global process leaders will apply lean and six sigma principals to our wing-to-wing materials processes, including replenishment, supplier forecasting, supplier transfers, warehouse receiving resolution, and part setup quality.
Lead and execute continuous improvement projects, to improve the wing to wing materials process, to meet business targets in customer fulfillment, supplier delivery, inventory and cost productivity.
Project areas include automated replenishment, supplier forecasting, supplier transfers, global receiving resolution, and planning parameter maintenance.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Global Material teams, Sourcing, and Planning & Inventory team to drive efficiency and improvements within the service materials procurement operation.

Build material process expertise and share knowledge

Apply Lean and six sigma principals to solve operational issues

Ability to define problems, collect & analyze information, implement solutions

Influence and collaborate across functions to correct broken processes

Communicating clearly and concisely

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and professional experience in operations (purchasing, supply chain management, service delivery, engineering, etc.)Fluent EnglishProblem statement analyst skillsAbility to manage a projectMastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Communication skills adapted to a complex and international multicultural environmentAbility to work and adapt in an uncertain world
